The proposed IPO includes a contemporary challenge of fairness shares aggregating as much as Rs 150 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of as much as 2,83,99,567 fairness shares by present shareholders, in line with the Draft Pink Herring Prospectus (DRHP) filed on Friday.
The corporate proposes to utilise the proceeds from the contemporary challenge in the direction of cost of debt, lease leases or licence charges for its warehouses and expertise shops, and for common company functions.
