ACME Solar Inks Pact To Supply 250 MW Electricity From Rajasthan Renewable Energy Project

ACME Photo voltaic Holdings on Friday stated it has inked a pact with state-owned NHPC to provide 250 MW of electrical energy from a renewable vitality challenge in Rajasthan.

The ability buy settlement has been signed at a tariff of Rs 4.56 per kWh for a minimal annual Capability Utilisation Issue of 40% and to satisfy 90% of peak energy requirement of 4 hours day by day, in response to an organization assertion.

ACME Photo voltaic Holdings Ltd. signed a 25-year PPA with NHPC Ltd., a AAA-rated central authorities enterprise, for its 250 MW Agency and Dispatchable Renewable Vitality challenge in Rajasthan, the corporate stated.

This PPA marks a big step in strengthening ACME Photo voltaic’s footprint within the FDRE area whereas supporting India’s clear vitality ambitions via an progressive mixture of photo voltaic, wind, and battery storage expertise.

The challenge shall be related to an Inter-State Transmission System substation for which connectivity is already in place.

The requisite approval underneath part 63 of the Electrical energy Act 2003 for adoption of tariff has been issued by the Central Electrical energy Regulatory Fee on June 19, 2025, the corporate stated.

With this, the corporate’s PPA-signed portfolio stands at 5,130 MW, of which 2,826.2 MW is already operational, and the stability is underneath varied phases of implementation.

ACME Photo voltaic’s general portfolio includes 86% offtake with central authorities enterprises and the remaining 14% with State discoms.

The corporate is an built-in renewable vitality participant with a diversified portfolio of 6,970 MW spanning photo voltaic, wind, FDRE and hybrid options.
