Our Reasons to Feel Safe from Government Are Not What They Used to Be – 2GreenEnergy.com

Earlier than Trump, no politically energetic U.S. citizen thought he was taking a threat to his private security by criticizing the president and/or his administration.  This nation, and, in truth, the whole West, had skilled the Enlightenment (aka the Age of Purpose) of the late 18th Century, central to which had been the doctrines of the French Revolution and the U.S. Structure.  Instead of monarchy, our societies now had rule of regulation and varied ensures of freedom, e.g., that of speech and of the press.

250 years later, we Individuals stay in a rustic wherein these freedoms are teetering on the sting of extinction.  The one motive I don’t really feel the fear of an armed state coming to my door is that my following is a tiny fraction of the high-profile activists of our day.
