Indian conglomerate Adani Enterprises’ unit offered shares value 25 billion rupees ($278.9 million) in AWL Agri Enterprise by way of bulk offers, knowledge from exchanges confirmed on Friday.
Knowledge from NSE confirmed that Adani Commodities, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, offered 39.5 million shares in AWL Agri for 275.09 rupees apiece, whereas knowledge from BSE confirmed that it offered 51.5 million shares for 275 rupees apiece.
