Bilibili sets $300M stock buyback plan (BILI:NASDAQ)

  • Bilibili (BILI) board of administrators has licensed a brand new share repurchase program, underneath which the corporate could repurchase as much as US$300M of its shares (together with its Class Z bizarre shares and/or ADSs) for the following 24 months, efficient as of the date hereof.
  • The corporate plans to fund the repurchases from its current money stability.
  • BILI ADRs rose +2% premarket on Wednesday.
