A 23-year-old Ukrainian vacationer in Phuket, Thailand, was kidnapped and compelled to switch $250,000 in USDT stablecoins (about 8.56 million baht) to 2 armed robbers. Viacheslav Leibov was threatened with violence till he complied with the robbers’ calls for.
