KFC operator Sapphire Foods reports wider quarterly loss

Sapphire Meals, which operates KFC and Pizza Hut eating places in India, reported a web loss that widened 12 months on 12 months within the second quarter, as uncooked materials and advertising and marketing bills rose whereas city demand remained delicate.

The corporate reported a consolidated web lack of 127.7 million rupees ($1.45 million), in comparison with a lack of 30.4 million rupees a 12 months in the past. ($1 = 87.9230 Indian rupees)
