Radico Khaitan Ltd. has determined to withdraw the ‘Trikal’ model title for its new vary of single-malt whiskey, the corporate introduced on Wednesday.
The choice comes after the model title confronted criticism from non secular teams. The title ‘Trikal’ comes from Sanskrit and means ‘thrice’ referring to the previous, current, and future.
The whiskey bottle’s label featured a geometrical face with a round sample on the brow. The one-malt whiskey was priced between Rs 3,500 and Rs 4,500 for a 750 ml bottle.
“This isn’t only a enterprise resolution, it’s a gesture of respect, reflection, and our unwavering dedication to honour the emotions of our individuals and our nation,” Radico Khaitan stated in a press release.
