Billionaire industrialist and philanthropist Sir Ian Wooden was celebrated on the 2025 Offshore Achievement Awards in Aberdeen.
Sir Ian, who led the Wooden Group for 45 years and based his household’s enterprise philanthropy organisation the Wooden Basis, was recognised with the annual occasion’s important contribution judges award.
Over 400 friends celebrated the achievements and efficiency of firms and people within the offshore power trade on the black-tie ceremony hosted BBC presenter, civil engineer and STEM ambassador, Ayo Sokale.
