PFC declares second interim dividend of Rs 3.65/share, sets Nov 26 as record date

State-run Energy Finance Company on Friday introduced its second interim dividend of Rs 3.65 per fairness share for the monetary 12 months FY26. The PSU energy NBFC has set November 26 because the report date for ascertaining the shareholders’ eligibility.
