Gaurs Group to invest Rs 100 crore to set up precast plant in Greater Noida

Realty agency Gaurs Group will make investments Rs 100 crore to arrange a precast manufacturing plant in Larger Noida as a part of its technique to strengthen building capabilities by way of backward integration.

In a press release on Monday, the corporate stated it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Elematic India, an arm of Finland-based Elematic Group, for sourcing of precast concrete expertise.

The MoU was signed on February 19, 2026, within the presence of Petteri Orpo, Prime Minister of Finland and in addition the Ambassador of Finland Kimmo Lahdevirt.

The settlement was formalised between Veshesh Gaur, Director of Gaurs Group, and Chander Dutta, MD of Elematic India and Teppo Voutilainen, CEO of Elematic Oyj, Finland.

Beneath the settlement, Gaurs Group will make investments Rs 100 crore to arrange a precast manufacturing plant in Larger Noida.

The plant is anticipated to be operational inside six months. Gaurs Group has additionally positioned an advance order to Jindal Elematic, Alwar to provide 45,000 items of modular loos and 10,000 items of kitchen pods for its under-development tasks.

The order e book is price Rs 150 crore.

The corporate intends to combine technology-led building practices to enhance execution effectivity and scale back venture timelines by virtually 30 per cent.

Precast building permits key structural and utility elements to be manufactured and assembled off-site in a managed setting and put in on-site.

Veshesh Gaur stated, “Development expertise is changing into more and more necessary as the dimensions and complexity of residential developments proceed to develop. Our partnership with Elematic will allow us to combine superior precast manufacturing into our building processes, enhancing effectivity, high quality management and venture timelines.”
