GetYourGuide weighs secondary share sale after first profit

SoftBank-backed journey reserving platform GetYourGuide is contemplating a secondary share providing following its first worthwhile interval, Sky Information reported.

The Berlin-based firm, which was valued at about $2 billion throughout its most up-to-date fundraising in 2023, has begun preliminary discussions with funding banks
