The Securities and Alternate Board of India (SEBI) has agreed in-principle to the phrases of settlement on purposes by the Nationwide Inventory Alternate of India (NSE) within the colocation (colo) and dark-fibre issues, clearing all authorized and governance associated considerations forward of its preliminary public providing (IPO).
“SEBI vide electronic mail dated July 30, 2026 has in precept agreed to simply accept the phrases of the settlement and has made a requirement of Rs 714.74 crore, along with the deposit of Rs 776.47 crore made by NSE with SEBI, which will likely be adjusted in direction of the settlement quantity of Rs 1,491.21 crore,” in accordance with the inventory trade’s monetary outcomes doc.
The inventory trade has made a provision of Rs 1,391.21 crore, included in different bills, for the monetary yr ended March 31, 2026. This was along with the Rs 100 crore offered for yr ended March 2023.
