Exowatt, the renewable power developer, introduced the launch of ExoRise, a brand new enterprise arm which delivers powered land and power infrastructure for hyperscale information facilities.

Based on Exowatt, the brand new enterprise comes as U.S. electrical energy demand has accelerated quicker than any time in 20 years, pushed largely by compute-intensive AI clusters reshaping grid-planning priorities throughout a number of states.

ExoRise combines powered land improvement with Exott’s P3 photo voltaic expertise, which shops power as warmth and converts it to electrical energy on demand. The venture can be positioned in high-solar areas throughout the US Southwest, which is characterised by ample land and photo voltaic sources, the corporate stated.

So as to meet the surge in AI energy demand, Exowatt stated that it intends to offer clients with a turnkey product which is able to speed up time-to energy for hypescalers, decreasing reliance on prolonged grid-interconnection timelines. ExoRise was formally launched on the PTC Convention, with the primary pilot venture anticipated to be operational by the tip of 2026.

Exowatt CEO Hannan Happi stated:

“Hyperscalers shouldn’t should piece collectively land, energy, and infrastructure on their very own. ExoRise delivers the whole lot collectively so clients can concentrate on compute whereas we deal with the facility.”

Based in 2023, Miami-based Exowatt will lead partnerships with hyperscaler off-takers and infrastructure financiers. The enterprise mannequin is predicated on delivering scalable, reliable energy options that speed up time-to-market for AI capability.

The launch of the brand new enterprise follows a $50 million capital elevate by Exowatt in November 2025, with the corporate focusing on the proceeds in direction of the deployment of its round the clock renewable power expertise close to AI information facilities and industrial websites throughout the U.S.

Exowatt Chief Knowledge Middle Officer Nic Bustamante stated:

“The expansion of AI is colliding with actual limits on grid capability. ExoRise is designed to resolve that drawback by delivering reliable energy on the pace AI requires. We’re not simply fixing a enterprise drawback–we’re enabling the way forward for American AI management.”
