LEGO Group Invests in Nature and Technology-Based Carbon Removal Projects – ESG Today

The LEGO Group introduced a collection of carbon removing investments, increasing the corporate’s carbon portfolio with each nature-based and technology-based initiatives.

The transfer builds on present collaborations with local weather options suppliers Local weather Influence Companions and ClimeFi, which have included investments in a spread of carbon removing applied sciences equivalent to biochar, enhanced rock weathering, and reforestation initiatives.

The LEGO Group introduced a collection of climate-related commitments in 2023, together with a pledge to attain web zero emissions by 2050, and to speculate over $1.4 billion in environmental sustainability initiatives over three years.
