New York Governor Kathy Hochul introduced plans to revise the state’s local weather legal guidelines requiring the achievement of a 40% discount in economy-wide emissions by 2030, arguing that the aim has develop into “expensive and unattainable,” and would impose “crushing prices on New York companies and residents.”
