The cartoon at left speaks to this. In case you’re speaking a couple of matter of opinion, e.g., who was the best baseball participant of all time, there actually are two (or extra) sides of the story.
In science, that’s merely not the case. Nobody with any sense needs to listen to why Donald Trump thinks local weather change is a hoax.
