Trump will use other tariff authorities to get to ‘same place’ if Supreme Court rules against him: Hassett

Nationwide Financial Council Director Kevin Hassett mentioned Friday that the White Home may deploy various measures if the Supreme Courtroom guidelines towards President Donald Trump’s use of emergency powers to impose sweeping levies.

Hassett mentioned U.S. Commerce Consultant Jamieson Greer has been carefully concerned in mapping out contingency plans.
